What a party last night! 🎉 I played at @openmicgalway a version of Twist and Shout by The Beatles… mixed with La Bamba! What a powerful and fun mashup! 🔥
I think it was my best performance so far. And not because of quality, I probably made a thousand mistakes 😂 but none of that matters. My energy was really high even in the way I spoke before playing, and I think I conveyed that throughout the whole song, with confidence and really enjoying it. Feeling it. Flowing ☺️
And what can I say about the audience? Their response was amazing. Thank you! It was exactly what I expected while preparing the song. Super involved, all singing together, laughing with me at the mistakes 😂. I only have words of gratitude. Honestly, I feel incredible love and support every time I play guitar or share my music. I’m very happy, and this is just the beginning 🙈
Yesterday was literally a party. It was my farewell party in Galway! I have big news that you’re going to love and I’ll be revealing soon, as things take shape. For now, just to say that in a few days I’ll be in Madrid and next week I’m going to Barcelona. I’ll stay at least a month there, and then of course Galway will be waiting for me ☺️
Wow, my musical adventure will continue in Spain in the coming weeks. Musicians from Madrid and Barcelona, I’m calling you, let’s play and have some fun together while I’m there. I want to keep this energy and this super positive, musical vibe going 🎵
