Yesterday afternoon I was playing on the main street of Galway with my friend @danibravoilustracion and it was so much fun! Luckily, @roqedime happened to pass by and made us a video that of course I’m going to share with you. And it’s clear: the best moments are the ones that come up spontaneously 🎵☺️
The thing is, yesterday I went to the usual Irish music session I attend on Tuesdays, but it couldn’t happen. The pub where we usually meet was closed; apparently, they opened later. Unexpected things, what can you do! We decided to postpone the session for another day, but… seriously? We have instruments with us and we’re in Ireland: 💡 Let’s play on the street! 💡
Said and done, and despite the cold, for an hour and a half we enjoyed adding with all the love in the world our soundtrack to Shop Street, Galway’s main street, which looked amazing with those Christmas lights, even though it was under construction. First, Dani and I played the whole repertoire of Irish music we had planned for the canceled session, so no one can say we’re not dedicated 🙈. Then @li_pa09 joined us, who was also there by chance, and the three of us spent a great time singing all kinds of songs, from Joaquín Sabina to Bob Dylan 🎵
An unexpected and wonderful afternoon that reminds me again that when you put aside shyness and fears, there are no limits. You just have to let yourself go as much as possible in life ❤️
