Express visit to Barcelona. Home sweet home!

Welcome home! Visiting Barcelona for a few days! This is how coming home should feel, right? ☺️❤️
But wow, what a scare Noah gave us this morning! We woke up and he was nowhere to be found… and the front door was not properly closed 😱. So we went out searching for him around the neighborhood, splitting up to cover more ground. It just couldn’t be true..😭😭

I started walking along a mountain path but decided to go back, grab the car, and comb the streets in the area. After a while, I saw a guy walking a dog and from the car I asked if he had seen a lost blond dog. He replied, “Is it this one?” I was so nervous and focused on the streets that I hadn’t even noticed he was walking Noah with an improvised leash!

The guy found him and walked with him trying to find the owners. Luckily, Noah found a great person who took really good care of him, an angel 😇. And this made me think about the dog tag I found on a dog in Galway a few weeks ago and how useful it would’ve been in this case.

The first thing I’m going to do on this visit is put a tag on each of them with their name and contact info. And now yes, after this huge scare, after this wake-up call, I’m going to enjoy these days to the fullest ☺️

PS: I can’t get Dexter and Noah off my side for even a second ❤️😂🐶
