Composing the Greatest Hit of My Life

I don’t know if you’ve ever felt the need to isolate yourself from the world to connect with yourself 100% and create something from the deepest part of you 🎵. That’s kind of what I’ve been living these last weeks. It’s been an incredible learning and growth experience, and I really want to start sharing it.

I love this comparison. It’s like the great rockstars when they escape to some hidden place to compose their big hit, with all their madness and all their magic, though it’s basically the same thing. In the same way, I’ve locked myself away here in Galway with my guitar to bring out the best in me and compose my next big project 🎵🎸

And I loved it. It’s been a process as exhausting as it is satisfying, a powerful creative journey, a process where I poured my whole being looking for something genuine, and I have no doubt that I’ve achieved it. A process where, on top of that, I valued myself as I believe I deserve 😎

I find it a bit ironic: while people are forced to stay home because of what’s happening in the world, I did it by my own choice. Pure creative instinct. The thing is, yesterday I came back to the real world, or at least the normal world, and I celebrated with an amazing walk through my beloved Galway, listening to music and jotting down ideas and little things that came to mind. A walk where I literally couldn’t stop smiling. A walk I repeated today, and when I do it again tomorrow it will become a tradition ❤️

PS: Very soon I’ll tell you what this is all about. I’m really excited to do it and I know you’re going to love it! 🎵🎉
